The LYNX series of cameras is based on Kodak's interline transfer CCD chips.
The series starts with VGA resolution at 210 fps and goes up to 11 mega pixels with a maximum frame rate of 5fps. The firmware can be upgraded and/or special functions implemented in the field. All it needs is to get the software from Imperx without sending the camera back.
Features of the LYNX series:
- Selectable resolution (8, 10 or 12 bits)
- Monochrome or color
- Aspect ratio 1:1, 4:3 or 16:9 ( HDTV and/or 1080i )
- Binning (horizontal, vertical)
- Global shutter
- Long-term integration
- Programmable frame rate and resolution
(1,004 x 250 x 12 bits with more than 170 frames/s)
- Pre-exposure, double exposure
- Flash output
- Dynamic range selectable (1,0 or 0,45)
- 1 Million Gate FPGA / 32 Bit Risk Processor
