| Portable Recording Systems Based on IO Industries DVR Express technology (SCSI or Fibre Channel Controller) we offer long-term recording systems configured to the customer's special needs. Whether you look for a high resolution media type of application or a real high speed recording system we can optimize the configuration to get the best price/performance for a certain application. We have for instance configured a system that records 75 fps at the high resolution of 1280x1024 pixels or 300 fps at a resolution of 1280x256 pixels. With a total disk capacity of 108 GBytes the recording time is appr. 20 minutes. |

| High End Long-Term Recording Systems Based on DVR Express technology and software from IO Industries COSYCO offers real complex turnkey recording systems where high data rates from many cameras or several high-speed cameras are stored in hard disk arrays. We delivered quite an impressive system to MPI for computer science in Saarbruecken. The system records video streams from eight synchronized high resolution color cameras (Imperx 1.004x1.004x12bit) at a maximum rate of 48 fps. The synchronized images are stored on standard SCSI hard disk drives through eight IO Industries DVR Express SCSI disk controllers. As the images are taken using electronic global shutter to freeze movements the frame rate goes down to 40 fps. Another high end system was built with four synchronized high speed cameras recording 500 fps each on 48 hard disk drives. The overall sustained bandwidth exceeds 2.6 GigaBytes per seconds recorded over more than 13 minutes. That means that the system records the content of four CDs every second for 13 minutes. The system was built using IO Industries DVR Express CLFC Fibre Channel Controller. |
